Oh my goodness, what a terrible company! Not only did we have to wait over a month in DECEMBER for propane to heat our house with a 6-month-old in our care, but after being told we could be put on a "bill me" list, they called to tell us the day before that we would have to have close to $700.00 up front to fill our tank! We told them there's no way we could come up with and extra $700.00 over night so they took our regulator. Now in January, when we told them we'd be able to pay in full, we told them we'd have a check ready for them when they came to attach our regulator. The woman I spoke to was extremely rude the entire phone call and hung up on me when I told her they could come pick up our tank and we would choose a company who were more interested in their customer base then money. I see that there are many people who have negative opinions of this place, so I have no problem forming the opinion that that's how most of the company operates as opposed to just one "bad egg" employee.

We are customers of Crystal Flash They rescued us from another company that was trying to charge us $per gallon during the price hike a couple of years ago Then, we recently got scammed by another propane "company" that was promising great deals and took our money but forgot to deliver the actual propane Even though we got into that mess because we were looking to get our propane cheaper and Crystal Flash had no reason to help us out, they helped us figure out how to get our money back and delivered propane to us within a couple hours of calling them Dawn was very friendly I'd recommend them to anybody that wants a company that is professional and kind
