complainant contacted our office on December 2nd that he had not received his check we reached out to our corporate office. They put a stop payment on check number [redacted] which was issued on October 16, 2015 in the amount of $1,083.06. His check was mailed to the following address: [redacted] which is the address he provided as his forwarding address. Replacement check number [redacted] was reissued on December 14th and was mailed to Woodberry Heights Apartments. We received the check and have contacted the complainant to inform him that he could pick his check up here in our office.  Again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.  Kathy P[redacted]Property Manager

application had not yet reached my desk for the final approval. As the property manager, it is my responsibility to review all applications. However, they did pass the credit and criminal background check. I believe this is where they misunderstood and believed that the application was approved. When I reviewed the application on Monday morning I discovered that [redacted] did not qualify due to his gross monthly income not meeting our criterial of 3 times the rent for a 2 bedroom apartment. However, his income did qualify for a 1 bedroom. Which unfortunately at that time we did not have a 1 bedroom available. At that point they were notified that the application was denied due to income. We then reached out to one of our sister properties, The Villas as they had 1 bedrooms available and [redacted] meet their income requirements. We informed [redacted] and he went to view the apartment and happily decided to move in. [redacted] came by our office on February 22nd at 10:43 AM and picked up his $150.00 security deposit. He was not charged for another application fee as we had already ran the application. He called later that day to apologized for his behavior. Kathy P[redacted] Property Manager
