I bought a vehicle from this dealership a few weeks ago and nearly lost both front and rear tires on the one side while driving on the highwayThere were only hours of drive time on it while in my possesion leaving me with a broken wheel stud, unballanced tires and scratched aluminum wheels where the loose lug nuts rubbed on themAll lug nuts on both wheels could be backed off by handI sent an email right away about this event and all I received out of the deal was a free wheel stud and days worth of tire balancingI had to pay to fuel my own truck for test driving and pay to fuel the rental cars I was put inI don't know about you but that isn't the "We're sorry" I was wanting to hearI asked how something like torquing the lug nuts could have been missed? One of the possibilities suggested to me was a theft attemptI was told that they were having problems with parts being stolen of vehicles for the past weeks prior to my purchaseWhich still had me wondering, you are aware you have a security issue yet you still hand keys over to customers who just spent 10's of thousands of dollars without circle checking their vehicle? I'm not anyone to pick apart a business I'm not in but to me that seems like a given
Anyway, to anyone who buys a vehicle at Woodbine Chrysler or let's their own stay over night for service, best of luck to you and hope everything stays on it longer then hours
