I brought my vehicle in in September to have a a catalytic converter put on they put the wrong converter on my car which led to my power steering hose piping x knee replacement than times I brought the car back they said it wasn't the Cadillac converter I paid them $to put the hoses on which I pick my car up and my hoses pop again they messed up one of my hoses by cutting it up I brought it back to the shop for him to tell me is nothing they can do for me and kept my money I had to pay for it towed to tow my car from there I paid $for the converter and I have my hoses sticks five times parts and labor on me
This shop put the wrong oil filter on my Jeep Cherokee this mistake caused my oil pump and radiator to faildollars was spent out my pocket because of their inferior workI went back to this shop they pulled the book and ran the numbers on the oil filter I showed them that failed they admitted that it was wrong but said it would cause this damage but it did and I have all the paperwork and pictures to support this claim but they don't want to rectify the situation or be held accountable to their actions
I took my car in because the heat was not blowing hotTalked to the mechanic he told me I have a coolant leakOkay understandable being that the heat just stopped workingLeft deposit for the part because he guaranteed that the job takes no more than a few hoursBrought the car in the next morning on a Friday at 9am didn't get my car back until Monday eveningThey bounced the car between two shopsI talked to so many different people and even had to go up to the place to get an update on the vehicleNo one bothered to communicate with me my husband and I had to constantly call to get any follow up on the carThey then tell us the car is overheating! What? I have never had this issue at allIt was a nightmare I missed work and on top of the I still don't have full functioning heat in my carThe leak is hopefully fixedThe heat works only on the drivers side and the receptionist told me now there's another issue nowI'm in complete and utter disgust with this place and as a business they should be ashamed
