Woodburn Automotive center gave me an oral quite if dollars for my repairThey proceeded to break more things on my car than they fixed and then charged me for parts and labor for those repairs as well lClaiming everything was brittle and broke as it came offSeveral of the pieces I was given back were completly mangled and you could there was negligence and lack of care in the removalAlso several of the parts had nothing to do with the required repairsThen When I got my car back the hood strut was broken on top of all the other pieces they broke and charged me forThey then lied to me and my wife about the condition of things before the repair startedI tried to reason with them and request a lowered bill because of my extreme dissatisfaction and they said they'd look into it and ask the ownerI didnt receive any word from them and when I called back they said they might get this taken care of by the end of the day or possibly MondayI b don't feel when the business ha

My father, in 80's, took our truck to these guys to go over it and fix several thingsThey used speaker wire for the radiator fan sensor, and they electrical taped it to the radiator hose instead of putting it into the wire loom correctlyThe thermostat housing was leaking after they "worked on it", and now there is also gasket sealer all over the housingThey were supposed to fix the turn signal, which was clearly a cracked switch in the steering column, but failed to even touch itWe had, and still have, a leak from the oil pan, they didn't fixI feel like they really ripped off this old guy, retired Air Force Vet, they saw comingThey charged him with half of the items they wee supposed to fix in worse shape the hen he bought the truck in
