Prior to this complaint we had not heard about his desire to cancel the warranty.WE have left HIM numerous messages because we wanted to discuss a few bounced checks he had given us. We spoke to ** *** on 4/**/in an attempt to resolve thisHe provided the necessary information so that we
can cancel his warranty and we have submitted the paperwork to the warranty company.*** *** understands that any money refunded from the warranty will be going directly to the bank holding the lien and not to him.*** *** agreed to come in to settle the money he currently still owes us

we did carry out a repair for Mr***'s *** and ***At the time of the repair (exterior wall crack repair) a
light coating of concrete pargeting was applied for cosmetic reasons onlyThis was requested by the property owner and is not a regular procedure carried out in reference to this type of repair
We explained to Mr*** that this will not allow water to enter the basement and was not a concernDuring the conversation Mr*** communicated that the pargeting repair appeared darker when wet from rain*** informed the complainant that this was and the only cure for this, was to paint the wallThe reason we did not respond to Mr*** was that it had been explained several times what could or could not be done to cure his perceived concerns.We will contact Mr*** at our earliest convenience and will again explain his repair options

Bill, is waiting on Andree A*** (the owner)'s order to write me a check No one in the store seems to have any idea about the Revdex.com website and they do not have any idea who sent previous message If you are the owner, order your general manager to write a check ASAP.

First of all, I did not purchase a car The only reason why I signed that paper is because Walter told me I could get a full refund I told Walter that I would wait until the check clear out I have never, ever heard anything about giving me a refund I still want refund and that is only thing I ever asked for I wanted refund ever since the day after I signed that paper Instead, I was told that "the money is yours but we have your money, so you have no control over it."I would also like say the "surveillance cameras" do not record voice If they do, then it will have a perfect evidence Walter accused verbal violence and threatening, it happened at A*** Auto.Also, everyone else in the auto shop was kind and warm only except Walter.I would also like to add that he continuously wants me to return to his workplace, refusing taking on the phone or e-mails I am not going back to store because my life is threatening.

the customer purchased a carthen wrote personal check for the balance before the check cleared he tried to receive a cash refundWe felt this was some kind of scam and was trying to defraud usWe told him if the check was good and cleared we could either refund minus prep fees or purchase a
different carthat was not acceptable to himas far as making threats you can let him know at Alines we are fully set up with surveillance camerasI would like him to come back and show my on video where any one was anything but polite and respectful to him

Dear *** ***,I have received the respond to my complaint from Aline AutoTotally falseI had tried numerous times to resolve this matter with them prior to this complaintI was given different answers each time I calledThe owner, Andy, actually told me he had my warranty and that I couldn't cancel itAs far as "bounced checks", yes, they did ask me for more money,even though I had traded in a vehicleSince I didn't have the cash they told me I could give them post dated checksWhich is also illegalI gave then twoDated for two different datesI asked them to please not deposit them until those datesWell, they deposited BOTH checks and made a big problem with my checking accountI had to close my accountI spoke to someone on 4/** and 4/**I think his name was BillHe said they have my warranty and that he needed my mileage so he could cancel my warrantyI asked him the name of the warranty and he didn't know the name! They have given me the run around about this warranty now for monthsI called today,again 4/**, to get the name of the warranty company and no one knows the nameAlthough I was told by Andy that he has my warrantyI DID NOT provide the information they needed to cancel itFalse! I would like to see 5he paperwork they submitted!!! And I have not agreed to go in and settle anything!!! At this point I firmly believe that they took my vehicle without compensating me and charged me $for apparently no warrantyI don't owe them anythingI did not give them bad checksI honestly had no intention of "bouncing checks"That was their mistake And until I decided to cancel my warranty I had no ill will towards themBut after going over our paperwork etc we saw how much we were scammed!!! I've been told I have a good legal caseThey have committed not one count of fraud but actually a few!!! I told the owner, Andy, that I was going to seek legal advice and his answer to me was,"Ah! The job has not been done yet.I will let you know when it is completed.I was told that work will be done during the next weeks I have given that time for it to be completed.I trust that this will happen but the job is far from completion at this time
