the customer purchased a carthen wrote personal check for the balance before the check cleared he tried to receive a cash refundWe felt this was some kind of scam and was trying to defraud usWe told him if the check was good and cleared we could either refund minus prep fees or purchase a different carthat was not acceptable to himas far as making threats you can let him know at Alines we are fully set up with surveillance camerasI would like him to come back and show my on video where any one was anything but polite and respectful to him
