Review: I ordered a fairly expensive woodburning device on 4/12/15. My credit card was promptly billed $205. The product was supposed to ship out within 3 business days via [redacted] Ground. I attempted to contact the company to obtain the [redacted] tracking # and was informed by a person answering the phone that the company was not in their data base(the phone # wentto an answering service which serves several online businesses) Repeated emails to customer support have gone unreturned.Desired Settlement: I want the product I ordered overnighted to me at no additional charge. The product is a [redacted] "best in Show" which is a top of the line professional Woodburning system. Failing that, I demand an immediate refund of $205 posted to my credit card. I have a business which has been negatively affected by this extremely poor service and I fear at this point that this is a bogus or very poorly run company that has taken my money and disappeared.
