My vehicle needed tie rod endsWoodbury auto express changed my tie rod ends @ a shop labor rate of $per hourNot bad for professional serviceBad, was the fact that in the process they burned a hole in my c/v joint boot, and did not replace it, or tell me about itI had to discover this my self after grease was being thrown around the jointthe boot was replaced at no charge after returning the following day but, attitude of the employee's & owner quickly turned south when ask why it wasn't taken care of before releasing it meThey said they didn't think it was bad enough to worry aboutI soon found out that they didn't think the cotter pins in the tie rod ends were important eitherTalks went even further south when ask about the serviceEnding with a discontinuation of conversationVery unprofessional impression left

Labor rate is very high. $400.00 + to replace 2 lower ball joints. I'm disappointed because I wanted to support my county but, I guess some times it is better to go with a reputable chain where ever you can find one of your choice.
