I am so sorry for the late response but this is the first letter I have received from Revdex.comI copied and pasted the clinical notes for all of Mr [redacted] visits to us and as you can see from the visits clinical notes, he first complained that the crown contact with the tooth in front of it, which by the way is a baby tooth that we talked about replacing it with an implant the next visit, was tightI explained to him that it was left tight because we didn't need to open the contact since the next work will be on that baby toothMr [redacted] then changed his mind and wanted to safe the baby tooth which we ended up doing a free filling for that baby tooth for him since he wanted the contact to be opened and keep the baby toothMr [redacted] had sensitivity with the crown right after it was done which is usually a sign of a high spot on the crown which we had adjusted for him in subsequent visits When Mr [redacted] called us asking for a refund he sent us an x-ray saying the other dentist told him that the crown has an open contact, which by looking at that x-ray it didn't show any open contact between the crown and the prepared margins of that toothNow in his complain to you he is saying that the crown didn't have a contact against the opposing tooth which is something that cannot be determined by the x-ray that he sent usMr [redacted] has lots of conflicted requests every visit to us and we tried very hard to satisfy him but couldn't because he cannot make his mind and have a specific complain that we can deal withWe sure love to help Mr [redacted] if he had reached to us with a legitimate concern but instead he went online and placed a google review that affected our ranking on the search engineI don't see that we were ever bad in any of Mr [redacted] and if he had reached to us saying that the crown was short and not touching the upper molar like what he sent you we could have for sure made him a new crown for no chargeBefore we did Mr [redacted] work he signed consent form saying that these are all problems that can happen during the preparation for a crown on a toothI don't feel that Mr [redacted] had dealt with his concerns right and every dental work as he was informed in the consent has risks but we can always deal with these risks being a practice that been doing this for years and yearsAgain, I don't have a problem sending Mr [redacted] his money back but at the same time he needs to remove his google review that he placed before we go forward by sending his portion of the money paid by him to his address and by sending the claim money back to his insurance

I am rejecting this response because:
I appreciate your response after much delayI am happy to hear you are willing to refund my money however I will not remove my negative google reviews until I am reimbursed the money that is owed to meI do not believe you have any intention on refunding my money otherwise you would have already done so the negative google reviews would not even exist if you had refunded meI called your office on different occasions always blown off and never called back by the office managerYour delayed response to the Revdex.com also pushes home my point! I came into you personally and told you I wasn't happy with the crown you said if I wasn't happy you would refund my money and I could go somewhere else? This Is exactly what I ended up doing paying out of picked more dollars on top of the I just paid you gor him to fix the workI can provide copys if you would like with dentist notes I disagree with much of your response however I am exhausted dealing with this issue and just want my money back so we can go our separate waysI will remove my reviews when I have been reimbursed, again sorry at this point if I dont trust your word or your offices ability to resolve issues like this without me having to take things to this extremeIf you would like to discuss please call me again a simple phone call back in the first place as a professional buisness would have been niceI dont feel you will call otherwise you would have already done soAt this point it's your choice to handle things professionaly or notI dont know what more I could have done or how many times I could have called? I had no other option to contact Revdex.com or google reviews

I am so sorry for the late response but this is the first letter I have received from Revdex.com. I copied and pasted the clinical notes for all of Mr. [redacted] visits to us and as you can see from the visits clinical notes, he first complained that the crown contact with the tooth in front of it, which...

by the way is a baby tooth that we talked about replacing it with an implant the next visit, was tight. I explained to him that it was left tight because we didn't need to open the contact since the next work will be on that baby tooth. Mr. [redacted] then changed his mind and wanted to safe the baby tooth which we ended up doing a free filling for that baby tooth for him since he wanted the contact to be opened and keep the baby tooth. Mr. [redacted] had sensitivity with the crown right after it was done which is usually a sign of a high spot on the crown which we had adjusted for him in subsequent visits.  When Mr. [redacted] called us asking for a refund he sent us an x-ray saying the other dentist told him that the crown has an open contact, which by looking at that x-ray it didn't show any open contact between the crown and the prepared margins of that tooth. Now in his complain to you he is saying that the crown didn't have a contact against the opposing tooth which is something that cannot be determined by the x-ray that he sent us. Mr. [redacted] has lots of conflicted requests every visit to us and we tried very hard to satisfy him but couldn't because he cannot make his mind and have a specific complain that we can deal with. We sure love to help Mr. [redacted] if he had reached to us with a legitimate concern but instead he went online and placed a google review that affected our ranking on the search engine. I don't see that we were ever bad in any of Mr. [redacted] and if he had reached to us saying that the crown was short and not touching the upper molar like what he sent you we could have for sure made him a new crown for no charge. Before we did Mr. [redacted] work he signed consent form saying that these are all problems that can happen during the preparation for a crown on a tooth. I don't feel that Mr. [redacted] had dealt with his concerns right and every dental work as he was informed in the consent has risks but we can always deal with these risks being a practice that been doing this for years and years. Again, I don't have a problem sending Mr. [redacted] his money back but at the same time he needs to remove his google review that he placed before we go forward by sending his portion of the money paid by him to his address and by sending the claim money back to his insurance.
