Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Spoke with the actual manager and he was much nicer than the sales manager The Nissan lease and the [redacted] lease both read that fair market values will play into the valuation of the returned leaseI asked that Nissan split the [redacted] bill with me (about $per person) since they did not know and I did not know what would occurI am waiting for a response Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
Nissan does not allow customers to just pay the remaining payments as stated in the response to end their lease early.
My current Nissan lease is in front of me and states,
"An early termination charge equal to the difference, if any, between the Adjusted Lease Balance and the Vehicle's Fair Market Wholesale Value." (NISSAN LEASE)
My *** lease states, "The amount by which the adjusted lease balance exceeds the Vehicle's realized value at termination" (*** LEASE)
Therefore, both the Nissan and *** lease state that the customer would be responsible for the difference in valuations that is occurringNissan should have been fully aware of this because their early termination in their lease essentially states that same thing
Nissan should have offered me informed consent and good customer service practices by informing me that I would be financially responsible for future charges and by not stating "It will be okay."
Regards,

Dear Ms. [redacted],
We have been in touch with [redacted] regarding her [redacted] and the amount that she owes [redacted]. Her complaint is not really with Nissan, it is with [redacted] and we will do our best to find an amicable solution for both parties. I will keep you informed.

Dear Ms. [redacted],
We did all paperwork correctly when leasing Ms. [redacted]'s new Nissan Rogue. We did not have a copy of her [redacted] contract nor do we ever ask for any customers prior contract. We were not aware of [redacted]'s early termination policy. It is true that...
our manager, Vishal, that spoke with Ms. [redacted] is aware of this policy, but he just started to work with us on Saturday, July 30, 2016. It is unfortunate that Ms. [redacted] was not aware of the terms in her contract. Nissan allows their customers to come out of their contract early as long as the payments are fulfilled. Since we are a Nissan Dealer, we have not run into this prior. We have done lease returns with [redacted] before, yet we have never come across this issue before.
I am sorry that Ms. [redacted] has been put in this position, but it is not a result of any mistake, lie or misrepresentation on our part.
I will gladly provide the Revdex.com with any documentation that you may require with the express consent of our customer, Ms. [redacted].
Sincerely,

Response:
Mr. [redacted] has been in touch with Mr. [redacted] regarding his problem with his leaf. Mr. [redacted] requested Mr. [redacted] bring in his leaf to our dealership where he purchased his car. Mr. [redacted] doesn't want to bring the car into our dealership but has chosen to take to his local Nissan dealership. That dealership called us and stated that they are not willing to do anything to resolve any of the repairs due to the customers lack of maintenance on the vehicle. They stated they felt Nissan Motor Corp would not warranty any of Mr. [redacted]'s issues. We told Mr. [redacted] again that we need him to bring his vehicle to us and we would address the problems that he has but he has stated that he will not be doing so.
Woodbury Nissan has been in business for over 37 years and a member in good standing with Revdex.com since 1977.
