Re: Complaint ID#[redacted]Dear Joyce Palmer Edwards,Ms. H. filed the above complaint with you stating that she had not received her refund check of $39.95.On 4/18/17, Ms. H. asked us to cancel her backordered item and issue her a refund check. On 4/25/17, The Wig Company issued and mailed refund...

check #[redacted] to Ms. H. in the amount $39.95. Our bank confirms that Ms. H. cashed this check on 5/5/17. A copy of the check with signature is enclosed.Unfortunately, we are unable to re-issue another refund check to Ms. H. since the original was cashed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
