I decide to take the bike and added accessories which Woodcock installed at no cost. I picked up the bike an hour later. As I departed Jacque assured me that if I had any concerns or required adjustments to be certain to let him know and he gave me his card. After riding the bike over the weekend I realized that I required some adjustments. I returned to the shop and met with Jacque. He offered the appropriate solution and made the necessary adjustments swapping out parts at no additional cost while I waited. He was genuinely concerned and wanted to ensure my complete satisfaction. I returned the following weekend to purchase accessories for my wife's bike and a carrier for our suv. Jacque again assisted me recommending the appropriate product. He then offered to assemble it and install it on my vehicle, again at no additional cost. The service at Woodcock has been exceptional. I highly recommend this store for their quality products, knowledgeable staff and great service. The employees all look like like they enjoy working there which is always a good sign.
