Mr [redacted] , a Regional Field Consultant for Woodcraft, has spoken with Mr [redacted] and let him know that the Forstner bit set (# [redacted] ) is now in stock at the [redacted] ( [redacted] ) store That stock was just received into that store The [redacted] store did check with our warehouse regarding the availability of # [redacted] when Mr [redacted] attempted to purchase it Their inquiry link did not accurately pull the warehouse quantity on hand and showed that we were out of stock on that item The expected delivery date the storesaw for # [redacted] on that inquiry was not until September, which is the delivery date we are expecting our next purchase order delivery of that product We do actually have over 1,of # [redacted] on-hand in inventory and the [redacted] store has already received delivery of that item into its store stock.On 7-29-at 1:p.m [redacted] called Mr [redacted] at the phone number that Mr*** supplied on the customer feedback form, [redacted] , and left the message for Mr*** that the order for # [redacted] was being shipped that day from the Woodcraft warehouse in [redacted] , **, to our [redacted] store.Regarding the claim of advertising: Our [redacted] store thought that they had enough # [redacted] in-stock at their store to meet the retail fliersales demand However, their actual sales exceeded their projected sales they went out of stock, and had to order more stock from our warehouse Mr [redacted] is expected to pick up an order of # [redacted] at our [redacted] store today [redacted] has spoken with the store to inform them that Mr[redacted] will be driving there today to make that purchasePlease feel free to contact me if any further information is needed regarding this incident
