I wanted to add, for those who may read this that [redacted] had texted Me his complaint, which was a picture of a hair that was trapped in the finish and this text: "There is a rough spot in the bathroom" These are the two "issues" [redacted] had(They are in text message on my phone) That he alleges is going to cost $3,to supposedly "fix" However, [redacted] was circling the home at a nearby school in his Ford Explorer (After school hours) and I identified his vehicle by license plateThis was oddAs I drove past he went to the homeI observed him Entering it from the garage less than minutes after the final coat of finish was appliedThe bathroom was directly in front of the garage door that led into the homeI suspect wind blew contaminants into the finish when he did thisI instruct my customers to stay off the floor and not to enter until the finish has hours to cureThis was the second time [redacted] ignored professional advice and caused an issue As far as the medical issue I had with Rheumatoud Arthritis, I sent him a Dr.'s note excusing me from duty

All of what he says is falseI tried to work out with painters but it was hard to because *** *** would come to work anywhere between & noon & leave between & I never knew what his schedule was & I tried to coordinate with painters but he would talk with them & change up plansI would always ask him what I needed to have them do & he would say he would work around them & the only reason he would have lost hours is because he had many excuses for not showing up to work & would only work a few hours a dayI have numerous texts to prove what I am sayingHe required me to pay a certain amount before he finished final coatWhen I paid him I asked about the trim & he said he would be back the next day but then started making excuse after excuseI had already paid for half of the base upstairs & he had not done any & I paid for all of the downstairs & he only did halfWhen I would question him about that or any thing else he would go into a tirade so I just paid him in hopes that he would finish the job & I could get rid of himHe made so many excuses for not showing upI also gave him a key to get in if we were not here & he said he lost it so I gave him a spare garage door opener which he never returned & came & got tools using it so I had to reprogram it & get news locks for the doorsHe never lowered any of the cost he only added cost on top of our original contract
