Mrs [redacted] 's trimmer engine was locked up due to lack of oil when brought into our shopWhen the machine cooled off the metal had shrank and releasedWe filled the machine to proper oil level and it startedWe would not have known the bearing surfaces were already damaged without opening the engineThat is why the engine failed when she used it, the bearings were already scored and transfered metal from lack of oil.Afterward, when Mrs [redacted] was in our shop we gave her multiple options on how we could help her resolve the problem with her equipment that was damagedShe refused all help we offered and never mentioned a refund of her original bill that I would have gave her to ensure she would be a repeated customerOur equipment we offer new here is not poor quality as she stated so we are confused at where she came to that ideaI contacted Mrs [redacted] to try and resolve this issue first hand and we agreed on a refund of her original bill
