Wooden Treasures and Stitching Frames

I first ordered from Wooden Treasures (online, using PayPal) on 3/22/and again on 7/19/for a total of $Initially, I was told the turnaround time for my products would be 2-weeksThe owner also told me that he was swamped with orders, so I was patient ~ too patientOver the next months, I tried numerous times to contact Wooden Treasures, using their multiple email addresses(The phone number listed on my PayPal invoice was not for Wooden Treasures or either of the owners.) When, with the help of PayPal, he finally did respond to me in March 2014, he gave me many excuses as to why my order hadn't shipped, but told me that he was taking no new orders until he had cleared his backlogIn June 2014, I emailed him again and told him that I wanted my order within a month or I would have to cancelNo responseA few days later, he posted to his Facebook page stating that making these frames/stands was his hobby, not a businessHe further stated that as he was retired, if he didn't feel like working, he didn't ~ even weeks at timeAt that point, I demanded a full refund, telling him that had I known of his business practice, I never would have ordered from himHis response: He and his wife barely survived on his Social Security income, they had no bank account, no credit cards, no assets and no available cash; therefore, a full refund would not be possibleTo date, May 2015, I have received no refund, partial or otherwiseThey are still selling through blogs, a web site and advertise on Facebook, even posting videos from 'a happy customer.'; however, no attempt has been made to refund me from their salesI am out $As I live in another state, it is nearly impossible to collect my refund from himThis is criminal

It's funny that people found the negative review not helpful The owners of this company are the ones who are saying this This is not a reliable company when it comes to sending their merchandise to customers In fact, they don't many times, and cut off all communications with their customer I have seen some of the private emails they send to these customers who inquire about their orders and they're not nice ones Please keep this in mind when ordering You might just be kissing your money goodbye
