Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2017/06/11) */ Contact [redacted] Contact [redacted] Contact [redacted] You ordered the Plate at 7:47pm, It was sent to You at 8:09pm The time on Our cash register is one hour behind, the price was [redacted] + pop [redacted] + 15% + [redacted] bottle deposit = ***,You accidentally tipped my employee around $**, He went back immediately to question your tip, and gave You your money back, You said You received the food at 10pm, I'm wondering if You didn't got to your food until that time,as a shawarma plate with fries and Salad with dressing on it, can't stay fresh for hours, I apologize if You feel that there were any issues with Our Restaurant or Our employeesThe night You ordered the food, We sold lots of plates for dine in, take out and deliveries, as usual Our Customers were extremely impressed by the Service,the cleanliness and the quality of the Food, We had no complaints at allYou came back the second night complaining about the quality of the food and asked for a refundThe employee tried to explain the standard refund Policy that the Restaurant should be informed the same day regarding any issue with the food quality, You got upset and started threateningan argument started ( I apologise It shouldn't have happened, if I was there I would have dealt with it in a different manner and get it done right a way),the new employee was unable to deal with the situation, He called asking me to deal with it, then I asked Him to put You on the phone, I listened to Your complaint, I apologized to You and "I told You I will give You your money back", and I tried to explain to You that please in the future if You have any problem with Our food please let Us know right away and We require **% of the food back, You interrupted me without letting me finish, and You start asking me to pay Your money immediately or You are going to blow up the internet and the media, then I told You I listened to You please let me finish, You quickly hung up the phone in my ear and You smashed It on the counter, breaking my employee's phone and You said to Him "I will ruin your life..." and You were cursing then You stormed out, I called the store right a way to talk to You They told me You left, latter I called your phone to give You the refund but You didn't answer, as a resolution I'm still willing to offer You a refund and I assure You that my employees have been trained professionally
