The only problem Mrs [redacted] spoke to me about was the draining issueShe said nothing about the step or a leakI did plan on correcting this issueHad I known about the other issues I would have been more proactive in fixing themI went to her home and viewed the drain issueI felt removing a few tiles around the drain and resetting them would corret the problemI was told nothing about a leak nor about any issue with the step/curb

It is true that Mr. [redacted] came to our house to look at the problem. However, his solution of raising the tiles to match the drain would result in the drain being flat or the tiles being raised so there wouldn't be a slope for the water to follow down to the drain. After he offered his solution I did some research to see the proper installation, slope. and design of an installed shower pan. Mr. [redacted]'s installed pan did not fit the look of a correctly installed pan so that is when I called two other professionals to give me their opinion. They both said the pan was not sloped correctly. I did not realize there was a dripping issue until I had the pan installed correctly because there was always water on the floor. I would have told Mr. [redacted] about the leak and slant of the step if he had returned my calls. I have taken pictures of Mr. [redacted]'s installed pan as well as what the pan looked like after the original tiles were removed. I also have pictures showing the incorrect slant of the step and the amount of water dripping.

There is still no movement on the parties part. He has met with us and promises to complete job naming days and time, but he never shows up with a crew. He (party in question) has not been here with a crew since the day this complaint was filed.We hear many excuses, but see no work.We are still upset and frustrated as to what to do about the unfinished work ( completion of siding, roofing entire roof, electric underground connection, hauling away of debris.).We would like to know possibly from your agency if you could provide or suggest legal counsel.We have waited till now to respond as we hoped the original complaint letter would be bring progress.
