[redacted] who resides at [redacted]. I had talked with Mr. [redacted] a few days ago and he was. very upset with us because we were doing work in the apartment above his. He cal led the office, af ter talking with the staf f working in the unit, and said we needed to quit making noise in the apartment (it was after 9:00am). He was very upset with me on the telephone and had mentioned that he would be writing a complaint. I am going to just number the complaints made by Mr. [redacted] and address each one to the best of my abili ties: !. Laundry room has water on the f loor all the time. We have a ser•vice contract with Jeh: laundry systems...they come once a week to retrieve the coins and d" any necessary repairs on the equipment. We also have cleaners that come once a week and clean the laundry room and they report any repai rs necessary. I have not received any complaints about water being on the laundry f loor. 2. Holes in the lawn that people foll into. I am not aware that anyon1e has fallen into a hole on the property. We had a couple of holes form this winter and had Soaring Eagle Horticulture Services go over and f I ll in those 2 holes so I am not sure what holes Mr. [redacted] is ref erring to and again, he hes not called in to me about the holes. 3. The tree. We did have a large tree fa l l during a very severe storm back in late 2015. There are numerous trees on the property and the one Mr. [redacted] is questioning is being re assessed this Week by our arborist and appropriate action wi ll be taken based on his recomni1endation. 4. The dog f eces. We hove numerous doggie stations located throughciut the property and these are checked weekly. We send notices out to the dog owners (Mr. [redacted] does not have a pet) ifwe are having an issue with the tenants not picking up animal waste and they can be fined up to $50.00 per violation. Our show apartment is located clos•e to Mr. [redacted]'s apartment and we hove staf f in and out al l the time and we have not seen any of the feces on the sidewalk as he had stated. If he had simply called the of f ice cmd said it was an issue we would have addressed it. He only called and complained about the issue with the upstairs neighbor and the animals on the deck. 5. The previo1.1s tenants. Anyone applying for an apartment must go thru the same process and pass both the credit and criminal guidelines. We currently use [redacted] and they assign the score and determine if a tenant is approved or not.
