Woodinville Physical Therapy

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This business overcharged me plain and simple They charged myself and my insurance company $321for a single one hour visitThis is crazy !! I've called several other Physical Therapy offices in Woodinville and Redmond and they do not charge anywhere close to this amount for first visitYes this was somewhat reduced to the amount allowed by my insurance but it still cost me a lot of money out of pocket to cover the deductibleThey have refused to discuss this or to reduce the amount citing they "charge what is allowed"I called my insurance company and they submitted four (4) separate medical codes for one visitMy insurance company pays the agreed amount to each medical code but doesn't question how many codes are charged in a single visit so companies like this can over submit medical codes and receive more $$ It is obvious that this company is not "customer forward" and is not going to meet me even part way and instead wants to deflect the blame back to me thru accusationsWhen I tried to reason with them they threatened me with "Collections" so I have already reluctantly paid this bill I have already contacted several clinics to take this company off their list of Physical Therapists and left the appropriate negative feedback on various websites to advise others to find another servicer As to your BB rating of this company, I suggest that be reviewedBased on their response they are certainly not a company that is willing to work with customers or even try to meet them half way Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Physical Therapy Clinics, Inc., PS dba Woodinville Physical Therapy has been in business for 32+ years and have only received complaints of this matter Our fees for service are a contracted rate with this patients health insurance and services rendered are deemed necessary for services provided A full physical therapy evaluation was provided at each visit for this patientThis patient has repeatedly no showed to his appointments after signing our office policy (see signed office policy attached), argued the fact that he has signed our policy and we have already adjusted charges from his accountHis health insurance plan has a higher deductible and he is not wanting to pay his allowable amounts and is wanting our facility to adjust off these charges as wellI do not feel this is acceptable for our practice and we have provided services for this patientHe has threatened our office with calling offices in the area, called our office and harrassed my staff on several occassions regarding all of these matters and filing a claim with the Revdex.comIf you have any concerns or questions, please contact myself Dave B [redacted] at 425-481-

They charged myself and my insurance company $321for a single one hour visit. This is crazy !! I've called several other Physical Therapy offices in Woodinville and Redmond and they do not charge anywhere close to this amount for first visit. Yes this was somewhat reduced to the amount allowed by my insurance but it still cost me a lot of money out of pocket to cover the deductible. They have refused to discuss this or to reduce the amount citing they "charge what is allowed". I called my insurance company and they submitted four (4) separate medical codes for one visit. My insurance company pays the agreed amount to each medical code but doesn't question how many codes are charged in a single visit so companies like this can over submit medical codes and receive more $$.
