Money first then help get a correct diagnosis
Due severe pain and suspected degenerative spinal issue, the neurologist sent me to Dynamic MRI to assist in the correct diagnosis. Although I appeared in severe pain, they prolong the MRI to see if I had any money to give them. I understand they should be paid after insurance verification but I am a senior citizen on a fixed income once a month. They decided to contact someone to allow me to be bill so can get a diagnosis for the next step. However, the radiologist read MRI results he immediately told the neurologist to add another area of spine for MRI. The MRI is the same but I am allergic to contrast dye so premedication is required. Dynamic scheduled the MRI and my neurologist prescribed prednisone and 75 mg. Benadryl to be taken over a period of 2 days. The day before Dynamic/Woodlake Imaging called me and wanted another copay for an MRI I needed to wait for medication. Instead of charging one copay for the MRI, take wanted to take advantage of the insurance. I talked to my insurance company and we agreed the MRI should have one order with one copay. Woodlake Imaging/Dynamic MRI wanted to take the opportunity to make more money. So, I am left in severe pain without a diagnosis.

The next question is ignored. I immediately paid for the item I ordered, and it was advertised to ship the next week. I cannot believe any business would treat customers this way. Buyer beware.
