I received your letter today and I am very sorry that you have been misinformed.
I would be glad for you to come to my office and I can provide the folder showing all the detail, all the times [redacted] stopped by our office and all of the phone conversations we had with [redacted].  Everything is documented.
The original meeting with [redacted], she discussed what she wanted for the website.  We decided on a route to be best for Search Engine Optimization purposes.  This website was to include a home page and a page for every single home. We also discussed a different domain name because of your competitor having nearly the same domain name and a great Google representation. The website and price was agreed upon.
We built a website.  She did not like the website, so we asked what changes she wanted.  She said she wanted it back to the one page website. So that is exactly what we did.  We completely updated the one page website. We changed out all the pictures multiple times (because she came in and gave us different pictures multiple times), updated the design and Search Engine Optimized the one page site the best we could.  
We reduced the price of the invoice even though we had built an entire website, met with her multiple times and completely changed another website.  
We sent out multiple invoices without being paid, we sent out letters, and we called with no return calls, and we finally we sent out a letter stating that if a call or payment had not been received by a specific date we would be shutting down the current website.  So we did.  
2 weeks after the site was shut down, [redacted] contacted us and her call was returned 1 day later without a return call back. 
Again, if you would like me to share with you all of the files, changes, documents, proposal, letters that were sent to [redacted], I would be happy too.  
If you want to pay the invoice, I will be happy to give you back your Godaddy account information and put your website back online.
