We have lived here for 8 yrs since November 2008. We used to love it here and kept resigning our leases even after they started hiking up the rate. The original management team who was here have all changed and most recently it has turned awful. We went in today to negotiate a better rate and the young millennial, Kierya, who has worked here maybe two months had a complete lack of human empathy. Instead of picking up the phone to call manager Ashley so that we could talk to her, she sat there texting her repeatedly not giving any of the information that we were inquiring about. She told us (as did the previous rep Eric who no longer works here now) that the new management team is raising all current resident rents to match their new rates. She also said the old team gave us too many concessions and the company was losing money. Why she thought that would make anyone want to continue living here I have no idea.
