Review: On 8/13/2015 I went in to the ER because I wasn’t feeling to well. October 2, 2015 I received a bill for $2,563.50 from dignity health that I think is way to costly for the non-services I didn’t receiver. I went in for blurred vision and wasn’t even seen by a specialist. I think the bill was way to high when I was not tended to. It would have also been nice to know of the fee structure before I was seen by [redacted]Desired Settlement: I was told by [redacted] that there would be no charge because this was not an emergency concern, and his assistants were aware. Delete the charges!

Review: Dear Sir or Madam,

May I respectfully draw your attention to the following matter: I am concerned regarding my encounter with the AMR ambulance service and Woodland Memorial Hospital on 5/1/15. I sustained a minor accident and I was brought by ambulance to WMH where I was given a few stitched above my eye brow to close a wound. This procedure was completed in half and hour and I was discharged from the ER 31/2 hours after my arrival.

Amr advised me by a phone call to me on 6/1/15 that their bill for their service was $3,208.06. As of today, I have not received a bill from AMR in the form of a statement.

In addition to WHM’s bill for $1,303.00, I have received several bills for smaller amounts, including one from mercy Hospital in Los Angeles! WHM cannot, or will not, indicate the total amount for owing on ONE statement.

I have also received a letter from Dignity Health/WMH indicating without any detail that I owe @10,107.00. As of today, I have not received this notice in the form of a statement. I do not know of this amount includes the $1,303.00. I have not applied for financial assistance as claimed in the letter. Also, the letter from Dignity Health/WMH was not signed and the employee’s printed sirname only consist of the letter “C”.

I have made a good faith effort to pay WMH’s bill and as of today, I have re-paid $793.00. However, I strongly object to EXTORTION attempts by those two corporations because they have determined that my wife and I have a food credit record (maintained for more than 35 years).

These four photo copies are included for your verification:

1. My letter to WMH.

2. My letter to AMR.

3. The first statement from WMH.

4. The letter from Dignity Health/WMH.

I shall be grateful if one of your senior managers would kindly review this matter, and advise if our credit record will be adversely affected, or destroyed, because of negative credit reports or legal action by either or both of those corporations.

This letter was forwarded by Certified Mail to ensure delivery.

Your truly,
