I took my Evinrude 70hp outboard to Mr *** on 8/at about 2pm, for tune up and a couple of other minor issues I received a call on 8/at 1:52pm, he stated that he had completed the work and found another problem that he wanted to discuss with me Upon arrival he told me that the motor mounts needed to be replaced He demonstrated the problem and quoted $1,for the repair He told me that the motor was running well and that if it was him, he would do the repair I agreed to this and asked that if he found any other issues, he call me as I wasn't sure if I wanted to spend anymore than the quoted amountOn 8/at 10:36am he called to tell me to come get my boat The motor was unusable and needed to be replaced and I could sell this one for junk parts He said he broke some bolts I, in good faith paid him an additional for his time When I got home and could get a better look, he had broken bolts heads and then obviously used a large pry bar to attemp

As of today, all work orders for the complainant have been completedThe last were completed yesterdayHer issue with the ceiling was completed on 1/19/Management checked with the complainant regarding whether there were any issues not addressed and management was informed they were all
