I have reviewed the response
made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint The Management on property has provided information on eviction letter stating rent is due the 1st of every month yet in the lease its the 3rdIt is stated they hand delivered a notice to vacate premises on the 4th of the month of February 2015due to non payment however in lease it is not to be given until atleast fourteen day after rent is dueRent is stated as $a month on eviction letter and they request $all when rent on lease with additions only equals $a monthNo contact was made from office to myself or vice versa until the 15th of February ( ten days after Revdex.com was informed of maintenance negligence.)[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]

I have reviewed
the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint Woodland Hills Village has recently been bought out by *** *** ***Prior to this tenants were allowed to pay all bills online, so as a customer/tenant I was accustomed to online payments, but without regard or notice from the office the website for rental transactions have been discontinuedSo unbeknownst to me I assumed the site was down temporarily, now the company is trying to charge me a $late fee which I think is highly irregular due to noncommunicative approach from the front office regarding payments online or per money order.
I will only have to pay the rent that I owe and the late fee will be removedFurthermore business will be much more professional and My family and I will have a much better experience until we get out of this ridiculous rental property

Date Sent: 8/3/2015 5:34:33 PMThank you for informing us about the complaint issued by one of our residents, [redacted]. We have already contacted Mr. [redacted] and have resolved the issue in regards of a late fee of $95.00 which was never charged to Mr. [redacted]’s account. Our leasing professional, Samantha simply stated if he hasn’t made a payment that he might accrue a late fee. We recently took over management with a new owner and the previous company took down its pay site online as it was no longer entitled to collect any further rent. We have apologized to Mr. [redacted] for his inconvenience as we were not aware that the other company had an online pay site. As of this date we do not collect rent online to protect our resident’s personal and private information. We hope to have one in the near future. We value our residents and we look forward to Mr. [redacted]’s continued residency. We have asked that if Mr. [redacted] has any further issues that he contact the Property Manager directly so that there is no future misunderstandings. We are dedicated to providing a lasting relationship with all of our residents here at Woodland Hills Village.
