I hired this company to do work for me which they said would take weeksWhich it didPer contract some to the items were not doneI have contacted the owner by email which on June 24, he promised to call me that coming Monday and to make arrangements to be out TuesdayBut here it is days later and no responseAfter looking at the work I have discovered a lot of UGLY work that was done and a lot of unfinished workSuch as put in new granite with kitchen sink beautiful but the sink piping was routed where it now drains into my dishwasherThe new sink in the bath underneath leaks and the new shower also makes noise when you increase the hot waterSome of the trim boards were not nailed downThe new interior doors the painting on them are streaked and the tile trim in both baths have no bull nose trim just the jagged edges of the trimWhen replacing one of the interior doors inside the closet they did not even trim that at all so the sheet rock is goneAlso bath upstairs the trim in that room was not sanded the bottoms are all jaggedThe ceiling fans were not put up as contractedThe hardware in the kitchen not done as contractedThe buiup stair bath not doneThere is paint all over the carpet and on my furniture parts of the walls where paint has dripped from the ceiling to the wall and wall not repaintedAlso paint on the new hardware for the doors never cleaned offAlso the tile in my laundry room was removed when the interior door was replaced and was never fixedCan lights put in my kitchen has texture all on themMy hardwood floors in the kitchen and living room were not covered up and all the sheet rock dust has gotten into the floor and now my floor look terribleThe back splash in the kitchen looks horrible they never did take it up to the ceiling around my window just part way and very jagged and some of the tiles are unevenOne they broke and put in anyway so its crackedI have emailed the owner asking for a portion of my money back so I can hire someone else to come in and clean up there mistakes which will cost me another small fortuneSO PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Oh and the trim going up my stairs is horrible they did what I call a picture frame type trim which none of the boards were sanded there are several pieces that have writing on them and suchAlso the windows in of the bedrooms were never trimmed out at allSo pray I get at least some of my money back from these peopleI AM SO DISAPPOINTED
Incorrectly installed grab bars in my shower One became loose, and I almost fell After searching Google on how to properly install those bars, I discovered that they were installed incorrectly Jerry installed the bars without reinforcement and glue I called twice for Jerry to correct the problem He scheduled appointments twice, but did not show up
