I don't even care anymore I paid y'all. As far as I'm concerned I never lived there a day in my life. And would never refer anyone too either. If I had be professional told a price I would have willingly paid that instead you guys where being but heads about the situation and very unprofessional and you guys know this. That why the unprofessional people are no longer employed!

The charges that incurred for the resident are based on the policy laid out in the lease—a legal, binding contract. When the lease was broken, the property managers followed this policy. And, the safety of our residents is of the utmost importance to us. The incident that occurred was ruled as...

an isolated incident. Of course, residents are free to make choices that they feel are in their best interest. If the resident felt the need to move, that is his or her choice. But, we were held to our end of the contract and fees were charged accordingly.
