Response:Sir/Ma'm Please advise that Mr*** *** had his *** 6+ screen replaced and few days later he completely shattered itMr*** kept coming back asking for a screen replacement for free which is totally unreasonableWe had to call the police because he tried to get physical with
my staffOne of the police officers attended the call was trying to talk some sense to Mr*** and gave an example of taking your car to an auto shop to fix your car after an accident then you leave and few days later you smashed it againWill the auto shop be responsible for the damagethe answer should be NOWe have been in business since and we never had any complaint like thisWe offered Mr*** discount toward the new screen and he declined itHe insisted not to pay anythingHonestly speaking I can not see any wrongdoing from our side

I am rejecting this response because:
The first day my phone was fixed I brought it back to the store because it wasn't working properly This buisness did nothing to help me All they did was reset my phone and gave it back to me bentAlso before he called the cops to speak some "sense" to me , I told him to call the cops , and the employee of the store told me to call Obama I guess that comment was made because of the color of my skin , but I did not find that funny instead I found it to be a very racist , ignorant and meaningless statement
