In response to complaint # *** that was submitted on 5-3- Woodland Park Storage feels this claim of “advertising issues” is unwarranted and does not
reflect the full context or truth of the events that occurredWe treat all our clients with the respect and kindness they deserveWe are proud of our record of zero complaints in the over years we have been in business and intend to defend that recordYou have asked that we do not use persons names, so we will respect that request and just refer to as “client X” for a referenceI will answer each complaint as client X claimed themBefore I do that, I would like respond to client X’s opening claims and smear personal attacks which we will be addressingOur message states we are open for business at our kiosk site 24/7, and yes we areOnce you are a renter, you have 24/access, which client x did haveClient x claims we are not honest and makes this personal attack by nameThis is simply not a true statement and a claim we are taking very seriouslyResponse to #As agree electronically by client x, the paper was sent to her and we do have proof of thatIt was unfortunate that client x could not open with her deviceThat is simply not a fault of our company, likely a ISP issue or personal device issue#& #Yes, client x is correct that we did have a scheduled software update which took a couple hours on that FridayWe posted a sign to this effect to inform our clientsClient x left a message after she had seen the kiosk was temporarily being updated on our office voicemailLater that same day (Friday) I stopped at office to check messagesEven though the office was closed, I tried to call client X and left her a voicemailShe indicated on her message she needed another unit rented ASAP and she had a *** to unload over the weekend and returnAfter unsuccessfully calling to talk with client x, at her voicemail request, we rented her another unit so she could get her vehicle unloaded over the weekendAfter I rented her the unit, I left her another voicemail stating we put her additional set of keys under the magazine rack by the front door of the office to her new unit and if she could please stop in and sign contract at office at her earliest convenience during business hours, we would appreciate itAt this time, I thought we were doing client x a favor and doing good business by getting everything lined out so that she would not have to wait until Monday, then all she had to do is come in and access her unit over the weekend as requested via messageOn that same message which client x claims receiving, we changed her gate code to a digit code that would match her personal information for sake of being easier to rememberClient x called in the 1st (Monday morning) and indicated that she did not need the unit nowEven though we have minimum of month policy and a day move-out noticeWe immediately moved her out of new account (which was requested by her) and did not charge anything for this unit#There is a Key Drop Box, Labeled “key drop box” directly to the right of the main entrance door handle which was explained to client x#This claim is still a mysteryClient x claims she put her lock in her unit Sunday the 7th and that she could not find the key drop boxHowever, it is my understanding that client x is claiming now she did not put a lock in the unitShe did ask us to review our cameras, however, because our cameras record full time and not motion only, it is not be feasible for us to watch days’ of video to try and find who would may have put the lock in the unitOur company hired a locksmith (at a cost of over 100.00) to drill out the security lockWe were not blaming her for locking the unit, but client x did say she put lock in unit#After an in depth review of client x’s account, we did find a discrepancy (which we have already mailed her a check for this amount today.) To be clear, no one from this company accused client x of lyingOne last thing referencing client X’s final comment saying service is horrible and shamefulI have an email sent to us by client X dated May 9th, 2017, and I quote exactly from email, “” Hello, I appreciate your awesome customer service!”””Have a Great Day!,,Client X” I have attached this email to this responseClosing: Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the complaint of “advertising issues” We respectfully request that this claim be removed and stand by our response to the claim 100% and look forward to an immediate resolve
