Customer Service has taken a real nose dive over the years.
Cyclone Rake use to be the absolute best in customer service. In fact, it was the best I've ever seen until about a year ago. I don't know if it's new people who don't care or maybe they are too busy to care about the customer. Their web site certainly needs improvement as well as their shipping department. I think it's time that they woke up.
Ordered a cyclone rake from Woodland Power Products and I must say that it's a real pleasure to find a company (especially these days) that stands behind their products 100%!! In addition, the product has preformed better than I could have imagined and I expected a lot considering their marketing comments There was a slight problem with the delivering carrier (***) but the company made it right!!
