 This client is from a different country and I tried to explain that the website will not allow you in if payment was made. The next thing was he send a bank statement with the name woodland Safety on it when clearly all me processing is woodland safety specialist. . I  am sorry he feel that way but we can not return money that was never  debited  please no I have been doing this stuff years now never had no problems and if it look like a problemi would fix it just to keep my customer happy .

I am rejecting this response because: I have a report from my bank showing that Woodland Safety Specialist deducted the said amount twice on the said date. The account statement is attached. The account statement has currency in Philipine Pesos.

Review: I tried severally to purchase OSHA 30Hrs online from Woodland Safety Specialist on July 28th.2014 but was unsuccessful. I went and registered with another provide online. However on the next day, I came to realize that the company debited the cost of that OSHA 30Hrs from my account twice without giving me authorization to access the training.

I reached the company on the phone but the man denied debiting any fund but that he will check any get back with me. He never did. I called him again after two days and he said that he checked with his credit card processing company and they confirmed that no debit was made from my card but that my card was used six times to attempt a purchase.

I told him in furtherance that I have my bank statement stating that they had debited from the account twice. He asked me to send it to him, I sent it on July 30th. but he still maintain his stand.

I have the bank statement with me but can't paste it here since this webpage is not designed to do that apparently.Desired Settlement: I need a refund of the $319.98 since the service was not provided
