As discussed with the resident, an e-mail was sent to them on March 19, 2015 regarding the balance on their account. The e-mail stated that the unit had two bags of trash removed from the patio area and was charged $25 per bag. The $50 charge for trash removal was not paid  in a timely...

manner and resulted in late fees being charged. The lease agreement states that all late fees will cap out at $150. The late fees are not associated with the electricity reimbursement the resident pays each month. Woodland Trail is going to refund half of the late fees the resident paid. The resident's account will be credited $75 in May 2015.
