I placed an order on Thursday afternoon for deliveryThey asked if I would like a Friday delivery, I said 'that would be great.' Friday it is Friday LATE afternoon comes by and they calla and ask if they can deliver for sure Saturday morningI 'm alittle disappointed but, understand that things come up My brother and his wife stay had stayed home all day mind youSaturday morning came and no deliveryThey re-arrange their schedule yet againThey had to leave to take care of a few things and finally the delivery came after pm on Saturday AFTERNOON Not only did they leave the balloons on their front porch but, they were not home and a neighbor had to go get them since it was terrible weather and they would have been ruined from the temperature change Absolutely disappointed in the timely manner that was broken twice Never again, 1-balloonsNever again

I placed an order last week for balloons to be delivered today for one of my coworkers completing chemoI received an email just about an hour ago saying they couldn't fulfill my orderWhen I placed my order, they had me enter the delivery zip code to verify they would deliver there so this is very disappointing to receive the news they indeed can't deliver thereI think they could have figured that out earlier!

I ordered a bouquet for my parent's 50th anniversary, and although the balloons weren't exactly what was pictured, they looked nice and my parents were very happy with themSeems a little pricey but being across the country and wanting to send a happy surprise it was overall a good experience with above average customer support

I ordered Mickey mouse balloons for my autistic son's birthday days before the delivery date only to find out they had canceled my order the day before deliveryWhen you call about a previous order they don't answer the callI called under the pretense of a new order and was told that they couldn't find a local retailer with Mickey mouse balloonsWhen I then called a local retailer, they had the balloon and were able to send the same day with a much bigger bouquet for LESS money Always order locally is what I learnedSTAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Mr [redacted] is not telling the truth sans-serif;">He came to us numerous times to get a car but he did not have any down paymentFinally on 03/03/with $only down payment, we agreed to give him a car of his choice which one he is driving now, exceptionally deal for a person who does community work and help the societyWe sold him a vehicle with no problem at all, there were no check engine or any other lights on, windshield was not cracked, and we do have the picture of the vehicle, He was late on his first payment, his excuse was not got paid from SSIWe agreed without any objection, He had to get full coverage insurance (according to the contract of buy here pay here rule) with in hours of purchase, otherwise we are entitled to reposed the vehicle, which he did not get, after a month his vehicle got stolenMr [redacted] called us he was crying that his car is stolenAfter asking him about his insurance coverage to claim his vehicle, he said he does have insurance which was not true After the car was stolen, everything in the car was messed up, and who knows what kind of sensors and parts they took from the carHe was supposed to call insurance not us once it was stolen but he did not have insurance to claim anything, that is why he made up all of these lies to get his car repaired, Even though after his car was recovered we paid him to get insurance from our own pocket (which wasn't our company responsibility) but to help him we did so We sold him a very good vehicle without any mechanical issues, but a missing hub cap which we provided to him later on, we regret to say that he is a complete liarI wish we would not had given him any chance and repossess vehicle when he violated contract without insurance and first payment late

Our experience with this company was not good The balloons were horribly mismatched and did not resemble the photos at allThey were deilvered late, and it was very anticlimatic-- rather than making the splash we had hoped for We paid $for these balloons to make an impact and it all went wrongIt was very disappointing

I am rejecting this response because:
They are liarsI rejected the first car I piched which was a smoking maxima, in lieu they offerd the bmw sadi they gh=havd just got it in and were going to fix the hub cap, seats, window which did not roll up, windshield. Two days later the check engine light came on I had not driven the car miles, they said it was the missing gas cap, and their mechanic would put it on the computer, it took three months for the hub cap, they have never fixed the seat the windshield is craked, when the guy fixed the windopw the door no longer opensi have never missed a payment, and the only thing the people did who took the car is run out the gas. In error I started off with only liability insurance, that was changed to full coverage, they pr,ay on l;ow income people and are ***

I have had an incredible experience with 1800Balloons. I ordered a balloon bouquet to be delivered to a friend of mine that was in the hospital. I received a call the day of delivery, first thing in the morning, that the delivery was not able to be made. Upon trying to locate the correct room number, I was notified that my friend had passed away. I called 1800balloons to update them on the status and to let them know to cancel my order. No problem whatsoever. And the next day, I received an email that they refunded my entire order. I am so thankful and amazed at the incredible customer service of this company.

Absolutely disappointed in the timely manner that was broken twice.
Never again, 1-800 balloons. Never again.

Ordered a balloon bouquet for a friend's birthday. I get an email at 11:30 the day after the birthday saying the balloons could not be delivered and would be on hold until a valid contact number was received. I responded to the email with a number. I tried several times over the next 3 hours to call customer service which was always busy and received a message to leave my name and number and they would get back to me. I finally got through to someone who told me they might be able to deliver it tomorrow. So best case it is 2 days late. I told her I just wanted to cancel the order. She offered to waive the $6 delivery fee. Seriously? I said no, it is already 2 days late best case scenario. She then was very rude and said it was canceled and hung up. I will definitely be checking my statement to make sure. Will never order from them again.

Review: I bought a 2000 528I BMW for 6784.75 on March 3, 2014 from woodlands best motors. The vehicle had just arrived at the lot and the said they had not finished with a few things with the car. (1) cracked windshield, (2) left front missing hub cap. (3) broken front seat, and knobs. (4) 3rd stop light needs replacement bulb, R front passenger window won't go fully down. I agreed that since I was a minister in the community, and had little for a down payment, and since that they were local bus. men I would see them as often as it took for them to get the repairs done. On march 5, 2014 the engine light came on, Alarmed I went to the dealership immediately, the owner [redacted], said it was the missing gas cap causing the problem and his mechanic was not available and assured me they would put it on the computer, and reset the light. I bought a new Gas cap., nothing else was completed, I was constantly assured they would fix the things that awaited, May came the window motor was replaced, before I could get home all the lights on the dash board came on -the speedometer stopped working,abs and brake light I call [redacted] on the phone He said to come on Mon, the mechanic did not show at the bus until tues. Their mechanic said they did not cause the problem is was a maintenance problem, he does not have the codes for the engine light. I confronted the owner regarding his promises, Mr. [redacted] then told me there was nothing else they were willing to do/fix regarding the car. I told him that was unacceptable, legal action may occur,Desired Settlement: refund, or stand by your product and keep your word to fix all issues
