I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. The details of the interaction between myself and Woodland BMW is not an accurate reflection of the sales process. I committed to Woodlands verbally before 9:15 local time in the morning to purchase the motorcycle. The $500 was not to "hold" the motorcycle, but was a deposit on the PURCHASE of the motorcycle. I offered to put as much as 10% down, but Brianna at Woodlands insisted that $500 was enough. While it is true that no documents were signed, it was also true that we reached a legally binding verbal agreement that met Texas State Statue on this topic. If this was not true, why did Brianna try to sell me a two year extended warranty? Why did Diana call me to ask about my "buying experience"?While it is also true that Jason offered to sell me another motorcycle, they did not have the model I wanted to buy in stock. It is also not true that Jason called 10 minutes after taking the deposit, it was closer to an hour. I bought two airplane tickets and hotel directly after buying the motorcycle. That takes far more than 10 minutes. I also did not hang up the phone abruptly. After more than a minute of silence on the phone between Jason and myself, I said "Thank you" and then ended the phone call.Woodlands is not representing the interaction in a truthful manner.
