Audi brought in the wrong car from another dealer, it was similar in options so we did it anyways The next day we noticed it had a lot of acid rain damage, which does not come offThe car also had many rattles, odd for a new vehicleIn the months we've had it, it's had 15k in warranty work, (including a transmission) visits, which I left and immediately came back as the problems persisted or accumulated So a month or so in the shop, then for our troubles we were told we may be able to get out of it and into something else for similar payment $a month to over $we said no and left heated, the next day they call and say they can do 10k better

I have since spoken with [redacted] and addressed his concerns today on April 30, 2015. We have verbally resolved the issue and he made mention of removing his complaint from the Revdex.com.
