misunderstanding on the $125 deposit received and we have come to a resolution. Our policy that is stated on the signed application is that any money received, as in deposit, is non-refundable after the apartment is accepted and used as liquidated damage. Ms. [redacted] applied on 10/07/2016, was approved and accepted the apartment on 10/07/2016, and canceled on 10/28/2016, 21 days after accepting the apartment. The regional manager did speak with [redacted] regarding this matter and agreed to make an exception and fully refund the $125 received within 45 days in accordance with Indiana State Law.
