These people left me in the MRI machine with a non attached emergency call bellI was screaming at the top of my lungs to be let out for over ten minutesNobody came until an assistant finally came once I crawled halfway outThey never responded to emergency call bell that I pushed for over ten minutesI am looking into reporting to the stateThey had the nerve to tell me to calm down or they were calling the policeBTW, this was the 2nd one of these because the tech failed to follow to orders of the prescribing doctor

These people left me in the MRI machine with a non attached emergency call bell. I was screaming at the top of my lungs to be let out for over ten minutes. Nobody came until an assistant finally came once I crawled halfway out. They never responded to emergency call bell that I pushed for over ten minutes. I am looking into reporting to the state. They had the nerve to tell me to calm down or they were calling the police. BTW, this was the 2nd one of these because the tech failed to follow to orders of the prescribing doctor.

The people who worked at Houston MRI were very kind and patient with me, someone who Is very claustrophobic and extremely nervous about having an MRI even when my head did not go in. They explained everything and made me feel that I could trust what they told me. Hints were given to me to help me relax. I would return to Houston MRI if I ever need any other tests.
