This company put a new roof on a house we own Some months later we noticed a water stain on the ceiling and called for them to check into it about four months ago They made an initial assessment and said they could see no cause for it and attributed it to an odd wind blowing water through a ridge vent They said to call back if the stain got worse and they would check it again The stain did get worse in the next rains and we contacted them again at the beginning of November To put it mildly, they expressed a "reluctance" to be bothered with it I finally went into the attic and readily found the cause to be a broken board near the peak of the roof This board would have been broken when the new roof was put on It certainly would have been observed when the old roof and tar paper were removed Very obvious this was the source of the leak I took pictures of the broken board Contacted them again and ever since I have been told they will be out when they can, next week, l
