We at [redacted] have looked into this situation extensively and completely disagree with the customer's statements I have attached a photo copy of his receipt which doesn't coincide with what the customers is saying He emailed our manager last Friday Feb, 21st about the issue and our manager has since tried to contact the customer about the issue I have spoken with the bartender who served and closed the customer's tab and she remembers him vividly We pride ourselves on pricing and customer service so I take great offense to the customers accusations We will not be issuing any refund what so ever in this matter

1) I have not seen the video they claim of someone else closing my tab and forging my name. 
2) I do not like the way this matter has been handled or Mr. [redacted] attitude towards someone being wronged in his establishment. 
3) After legal consult, my tab is "closed" after I leave the building. Meaning, I am not responsible for the tip. The fact remains no identification was presented and the bartender assumed the man, who [redacted] claimed closed my tab, was me. Not my signature, no ID. 
 
My complaint stands and I'll continue to allow [redacted] to investigate this matter further.
