perfect lighting and there are always anomalies in the actual product as we want our product to last the consumer for more than one day. The bouquets are built in circular fashion and not just two dimensional products. Had the customer reached out to us directly in the first place we might have been able to work out this issue before it was escalated to Revdex.com and other internet venues. We will not be offering a refund to this consumer."

The statement is FALSE.
1. My Mom went to Woodland Flowers to complain on 1/19 in the AM (I'm sure there are cameras in the shop or parking lot).
2. My husband received a voice mail from Wade on 1/19 at 2:10 PM which is still on his phone.
3. My husband called back on 1/27 and Wade was rude and only would refund the delivery charge of $10.00.
4. When I mailed the letter I also mailed other bills that were received.
5. I did receive a call from O'Halloran and they stated that they do not use Woodland Flowers as a recommended supplier for the SAME reason. I am a fair person and I am not asking for the full refund as I feel I did receive half of the flowers so I still request an $80.00 refund.
I guess my next step would be to contact the news and see if they would be interested in conducting an investigation on "Where Does Your Money Go?" Remember one of the 7 Sins is GREED...I hope you sleep well at night!
