We do use direct mail for advertising and buy lists from outside companies Contacting a store or location would not stop the mailings unless the person was a customer and in our actual customer list which is controlled by Woodleys and not used for many direct mail campaigns We always address requests for no mails or contact within our customer list quickly since we control that list.There is an option to opt out of mailers on our website under company information We also apply this to any purchased lists to try and minimize mailers to customers not wanting contact I added this person to our list.The best way for anyone to avoid mailers is going to the [redacted] at [redacted] so they affect the mailing lists being purchased This is the best solution since our mailers are all from purchased lists and services provided by direct mail companies.Our marketing department has this person listed now and will scrub from any lists remaining or against future purchased lists as a precaution It can take 2-months before all are cleared from the various "shared" mailing lists.We apologize for the time lost from prior phone calls and not getting proper steps taken to prevent mailers

We talked to this customer the next day when they called and explained that we do stay open to advertised hours and later as needed with shoppers in the store. This particular night a salesperson was sick and needed to leave and we have a policy where a lone female salesperson is not allowed
to remain at a store. The sick salesperson held out for a couple of hours but needed to leave so the other female salesperson was required to close the store.We offered and still offer to arrange an appointment next time the customer is in Colorado so we accommodate their limited time schedule without any issues. We can also help with information over the phone or Internet so less time is needed within the store to confirm a possible purchase.We are sorry that store needed to close a little early that evening

The complex mix of fabrics was manufactured wrong by the factory and the customer decided to go with an easier fabric mix to replace. The factory sent the new cover intending for Woodleys to pull the cushion core from the first one to place in the new cover since shipping a cover is easier and
faster than an entire covered cushion core. Since cushion cores are standard per model, this is the process when a cover is incorrect but the salesperson did not know and stated the entire cushion and cover would be replaced by mistake. A cushion core is an encased item which does not lose shape or materials when the cover is unzipped to allow the core to be removedI spoke with the customer and apologized for the factory mistake as well as for our salesperson not keeping him updated concerning the replacement cover. The customer agreed to allow Woodleys to hire an outside upholstery professional to take the same model cushion core from a new stock item on the rack and use the new cover to complete his chaise. We had the core/cover done and a delivery crew took the new one to the customer's home and exchanged it with the incorrect one
