Interviewed 6+ contractors but went with Ken because he showed up on time for the initial visit, took time to explain all aspects of the job in detail & provided quote, references and contract as he said he would. All references called (4 total) verified his credibility. He was able to start the job earlier than anticipated, arrived on time, cleaned up daily and completed the job on time as specified. No haggling over price and no hidden unexpected costs. Nice job!

efficient and cost effective. The work was successfully accomplished in a timely manner. I would recommend Cowboy Construction.
We were very impressed with the timely manner of the written quote ,he did everything he quoted and then a bit beyond ,the workmanship is quality the decks boards were screwed down not nailed and the steps and railing are very sturdy. Ken and his employee are very respectful and conscientious with attention to detail even making sure to clean up after themselves.Overall we are very happy with our choice of contractors
While other contractors wouldn't even respond to our calls, Ken went out of his way for us. Stopping over on a Sunday for the first appraisal was just the start.
We had a big roof job involving new construction which we started ourselves, but soon realized was too big for us. We were in trouble.
