A response to this complaint has been provided to Mr [redacted] directly on September 22, (via a voice message) on our position regarding the unfinished work at his homeThe message to Mr [redacted] relayed the fact that while our company did in fact not call him regarding the status of his request, we were in the process of ordering the material needed to complete the project he had contracted Nix Termite to performNot informing or communicating to Mr [redacted] our progress or the need to order the material was an over site on our part, for which Mr [redacted] is justified in his frustrationAs of September (prior to this complaint and an email sent by Mr***) Nix Termite had no knowledge of any of the items described in this complaint other than the wood flooringThe "gaps in replaced material, missing sealant/weatherproofing, left over nails and staples etc.."In addition to the best of my knowledge our office had not heretofore beent informed of any "damaged or dead plants/cactus or the open curtain".Nevertheless, in the light of our error in communicating our progress to complete this project we are willing to address all of Mr***'s concerns and complete and correct items that are unfinished or not finished to industry standard If the owner prefers to receive the value of the work that is unfinished as a credit off the balance of the unpaid contract we would certainly be willing to discuss that as well.Regards, [redacted] Operator/President

we were in the process of ordering the material needed to complete the project he had contracted Nix Termite to perform. Not informing or communicating to Mr. [redacted] our progress or the need to order the material was an over site on our part, for which Mr. [redacted] is justified in his frustration. As of September 20 2016 (prior to this complaint and an email sent by Mr. [redacted]) Nix Termite had no knowledge of any of the items described in this complaint other than the wood flooring. The "gaps in replaced material, missing sealant/weatherproofing, left over nails and staples etc..". In addition to the best of my knowledge our office had not heretofore beent informed of any "damaged or dead plants/cactus or the open curtain".Nevertheless, in the light of our error in communicating our progress to complete this project we are willing to address all of Mr. [redacted]'s concerns and complete and correct items that are unfinished or not finished to industry standard. [redacted] Aguilar -owner of NixTermite, reached out to me by phone the day after I initiated contact with Revdex.com and made it clear that he was willing to address and resolve my complaints, if I wished to pursue fulfilling our contract. He seemed like a genuine man in our conversations and I have since seen action on their part. Ultimately, communication was poor on their end, as well as some follow-through on cleanup, but he recognized the issue, showed concern, offered his apologies and willingness to show good faith. I too was at fault and had to eat crow yesterday, realizing that I made a mistake in identifying one of my issues and promptly called [redacted] to apologize. He was as agreeable as before, and it appears that we will have a positive conclusion. I'd like to thank [redacted] for following through and showing solid professionalism in his actions and demeanor. Best,[redacted]
