Mr*** ***, Please accept this response in good faith as we are always available for our Residents We recently rolled out a company wide initiative to accept online payments only and sent numerous letters from the office prior to the deadline of May 1, Even though we are
pushing to become 100% online payments only we will still however accept your check or money order up until the point of your renewal. Should you have had any questions or concerns we are available to help you get set upWhen you were served your notice to vacate for non payment on 5/5/Diana; acting manager, asked when you were able to pay and you stated that you were not sure; there was no discussion of needing help and it was documented on your resident communication log The parking was in need of addressing as we rolled out the sticker permit passes last yearUnfortunately, we found that Residents were sailing their stickers at move out to current residents and it was time to change the permits to where there was an actual expiration on themWe do this to keep parking available to our residents and keep unauthorized occupants out Concerning the mentioned harassment from Texas Metro Patrol we have not had or heard of any complaints from any of our Residents being harassedPlease address this with us should you feel you are being harassed as we are not aware of any harassment To address your charges the only new charges we have added is the gas; this is a flat rate of $and was rolled out August of last yearThe COA has now made the drainage charge an Owner's responsibility in water fees and can be passed along to ResidentsThis change was made back in December and used to reflect on the electric bills and now reflects on water/sewer and trash bills. Even though we are pushing to become 100% online payments only we will still however accept your check or money order up until the point of your renewal.  Should you have had any questions or concerns we are available to help you get set up. When you were served your notice to vacate for non payment on 5/5/16 Diana; acting manager, asked when you were able to pay and you stated that you were not sure; there was no discussion of needing help and it was documented on your resident communication log.
