I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint [redacted].  [redacted] did complete the repair with no charge, but I did not receive his note requesting I contact the Revdex.com to say it was resolved.  I apologize for not communicating this sooner.  This is the first time I have had to involve the Revdex.com in work done on my home and I was unfamiliar with the steps I needed to take after the repair was completed.

This has been fixed for over 3 weeks and didn't charge her. I left her a note to call Revdex.com and she didn't. [redacted]
