Woodmen Nissan Reviews (9)

My husband purchased a used vehicle here one evening and two days later, we realized it had extensive hail damage that had not been disclosed in the sales processWe returned the vehicle and the employees were extremely rude to my husband (even going so far as to tell him to get out of the store)It's been days since we returned the vehicle and it is still listed on the sales site with no mention of hail damageBuyer beware-- these guys might not fully disclose issues with the vehicles they're selling

Horrible service experience with my Nissan Leaf at Woodmen NissanThey didn't charge it on two occasions; once when my wife brought it and once when I brought it inWe live too far away to get back without a charge and they left us stranded near the end of the day

Seeing that Woodmen Nissan only had negative reviews on the Revdex.com, I don't not feel like this accurately reflects the quality and integrity of service that they are currently providing *** ***, the Floor Manager and gentleman that worked with me to lease my car was incredibly professional, friendly, and very informative about all of the features available and their pricingBetween ***, *** (Financing), and *** (Title), it was the easiest car purchase I've hadThey will get my business again

My partner and I went to purchase a vehicle at this place and had a horrible experienceWe were interested in buying a new JukeWe were told because of our credit situation we would need $downWe ended up talking to one of the managers*** and he said we could pay $that day 7/24/and then the remaining $at the end of the month on the 31stWe ended up going back the next day as agreed on by*** and they then told us we needed to pay the whole $or we couldn't get the carThe man named*** was verbally aggressive and when I confronted him he got ruder and ended up walking awayI called later that day to speak with a manager to complain how we were treated and they could care lessOn 7/I got a hold of a manager*** who defended*** and harassed me about our horrible credit which is why they couldn't help usI truly believe because once they knew we were a couple they discriminated us and refused to work with us from that moment on

We shopped around for a used vehicle and Woodmen Nissan was the dealership we decided to go with We found a vehicle on their website that we liked and we ended up striking a deal with them I called an asked about the navigation system on it and the salesman stated it didn't have navigation I told him the specs said it did He said the specs on each vehicle and the website photos of each vehicle are done by a separate company so sometimes the used vehicle information may be incorrect They supposedly have a disclaimer about this I said okay We proceeded to go through every spec on the sheet to make sure everything else came with the vehicle before we traveled down there to get it
When we got there the vehicle came out and there was pet hair in it (after he said it was already detailed) He said they would do it again We test drove it and all was well Before we walked into the salesman's office he said he was going to get us some carpeted floor mats and try to hook us up with some all weather mats too We went into the salesman's office and signed some papers He told us we would need to provide copies of our insurance and paycheck stubs We told him we rode down here with our in-laws, therefore we did not have that stuff It sure would have been nice to know this prior We spent minutes trying to get copies of our insurance cards for them and finally got them They told us we could email the check stubs later when we got home We were ready to meet with the finance people We waited in the service shop waiting room for minutes before the finance manager came out and told us they did not get our information into the system the day before and they were short handed so we ended up waiting another minutes
We finally met with the finance person He offered the extended warranty to us I literally told him times that we did not want it He asked if we did not understand it at one point (that was belittling) I finally told him to move on, we were not buying it We signed all the papers and walked out to the vehicle They filled it up with gas, had re-detailed it and through in some used carpeted floor mats Well, they were literally thrown into the back of it I asked the detail guy if he was going to put them in for us He said okay, When he did, the back cargo area was full of sand from the used floor mats The salesman said he would go re-vacuum the entire vehicle, I told him no, just vacuum out the sand, we needed to get going By this time now we had been there just about hours Right before we left I got a call from the finance guy, we had to sign some more papers and told us to come back over to sign them We did that and finally were able to leave The next day, at home, I was looking things over and noticed the trailer hitch was gone The receiver that slides in was there in the cargo area I looked underneath and you could see where it was attached, the photos on the website even showed one We also noticed on the way home (about two hours after we left the dealership) that the cup holder inserts were missing as well
Finally I emailed the used car sales manager and told him of everything He said there was nothing he could do about the navigation system as we knew before we got it that it was not offered but the hitch was clearly in the photos He sent us a check for $to get a hitch put on I went to install the hitch and two of the bumper bolts were missing When they took the hitch off they did not even put all the bolts back that hold the bumper on
I called the title clerk the Monday after we got the vehicle and stated that South Dakota law states that temporary plates are only good for days The one we had were written for days She said no problem, they will call me when the FedEx the title to the dmv That way we know when to go get the plates Right now we have days left on the temporary plates and she will not answer any phone calls from me for the last day and a half
This is a used vehicle but I was told it was the dealers courtesy vehicle So why were the cup holders and hitch missing? This process from start to finish was an absolute disaster

BUYER BEWARE!! DISHONEST!! Don't waste your time here. Bought a car from the used lot and regretted everything immediately. David is a liar and will promise anything to get the sale. Once you sign the papers, you are forgotten and promises made are just lies. Was promised tint removal by David. It is very difficult to see out the back window due to a bad tint attempt by the previous owner. The car is dangerous to drive like this. David told me tint removal does not go on the "we owe you" form and I believed him. Now he will not help with the tint removal saying its not on the form so they don't need to do it. He is the one that said it does not go on the form! My fault for believing him and his co worker, Jennifer, who also promised to help me out and now...nothing. Please go elsewhere if you want a safe car and someone to actually care. My husband and father are also looking to buy and neither will go here due to my experiences.

I was lied to about what financial institution I had specified, and was given another financial institution that I was not pleased with at all, and I felt like I was being treated like an very unimportant customer and felt pressured into buying the vehicle, also I will not recommend this institution to anyone I know or family and friends.ri
