are not happy about the closing of the onsite laundry facility. It was a
decision made after much thought and evaluation. We have located a far more
superior laundry facility offsite, which is approximately 7 minutes...

called SpinZone. It's 24 hours, climate controlled, attendants on site at all
times, Wi-Fi, televisions, snack machines and arcade games! In order to help
residents with the transition of the offsite laundry facility, we are offering
a $60 SpinZone Rewards Card.Since
purchasing Woodmoor on South Lamar on February 26, 2015, we have worked diligently
to improve the community. Resource Residential truly wants the residents to
have an excellent living experience here at Woodmoor on South Lamar.
Although we are closing the laundry facility, we strongly anticipate the
residents being much happier with the new and improved Fitness Facility and
Clubhouse, along with the addition of an Aqua Lounge and Dog Wash Station. In addition,
we will offer newly-renovated units each with their own washer & dryer once
our renovation is complete.I would love
