Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Their statement makes no sense"It seems absurd to ask the Revdex.com to circumvent policies customers agree to." This "Cavalier" attitude is evident in every response thus farThere was no agreeing to any policyI purchased the $informational product, they then took it upon themselves, without authorization to sign me up to their $monthly recurring charges for $a yearMy personal opinion is I see this as stealingI did not agree to any policy whatsoeverAnd when I request my money be replaced, they act shocked and ban me from ever buying anything in the futureVery unprofessional Regards, [redacted]

We are not going to use the Revdex.com for this matterThis customer just needs to wait for the time it takes refunds to process; dragging the Revdex.com into routine refund processing seems to be a waste of the organization's time We trust that this matter will be closed out moving forward

The customer was advised by phone and dozens of times via email about the trial and even told how to cancel, as well as how much the charge would be to sustain monthly membershipsTelling a customer how to leave a program, in very clear terms, both by personal phone call and by email is hardly an underhanded business practice

This customer is attempting to use the Revdex.com to bully us into providing a refund for a non-refundable product As he has chosen to file a complaint before even giving us an opportunity to respond to him, we will do so hereMr [redacted] purchased an eBook from us on 5/17/The eBook came with a 7-day trial to REI Secrets Society, our flagship training program including a comprehensive online training center and exclusive live Q&A webinars with our company founder When Mr [redacted] purchased the eBook from us, he used an order form which stated in clear terms that refunds were not available for charges for this program and provided with an email address to reach us to cancel before his trial was over or any time he wanted to leave the programHe was called by our customer contact associate and sent multiple emails fully disclosing the program, providing a detailed overview of membership benefits, advised as to the cost of ongoing membership and given the email address again to cancelMr [redacted] did not contact us until today, informing us that he'd already filed a complaint against us and demanding a refund for a service he has every reason to know is non-refundableHis membership in the aforementioned program has been canceled pursuant to program policiesWe respect the Revdex.com and trust that it is not intended to be used as a tool to blackmail or bully merchants into violating terms and conditions that are agreed to outright by purchasersWe trust that this matter will be closed accordingly

This customer is well aware of the program policies; this is an "enroll and earn" program, not an "enroll and refund" programSimply put, this program is very easy to do if a student choses to do something with it

We are not sure why this customer believes that the Revdex.com processes refunds for merchantsWe are also not sure why customers who agree to clear policies regarding non-refundable products use the Revdex.com to try to circumvent policies, but we're confident that your organization is no stranger to these kinds of unscrupulous activities on the part of customers suffering from buyer's remorse and gives them little regard

We advised the customer accordingly, reminding him about the policies he agreed to as well as all of our efforts to notify him in good faithUsing the Revdex.com to air out buyer's remorse is not an act of good faith; it's simply using your organization to air grievancesAs we have long closed this matter out on our end, we hope you will do likewise

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The seller needs to review what WAS purchased and the upsells which were DECLINED There was NEVER any authorization or agreement to any upsell If I chose to not read an email or chose to NOT REGISTER for an upsell, that is my choiceThe seller needs to review the emails that were sent to me and be held accountable for their actions The initial contact was on Jun 28th for a $"FREE" Digital download, the next contact was Jul 6th when I was charged for something I did NOT authorize I did NOT request access to their website/material, I am requesting a REFUND of $ Since no one answers the phones, I was attempting to contact the business I sent an email request for a $refund that was denied for unsubstantiated reasons If the seller considers their material/access worth $97, that is a matter of opinion but not one that I authorized or agreed to pay This still is the USA, right? What is the problem?
